How MetaBox Works

Combined with your existing workflow, MetaBox is a great addition to your existing software stack.

Open Shipment in MetaBox

Using any Sage300 WMS, pick your orders. This will transform the order into a shipment.
Now the items have reached their packaging station. Time for MetaBox to shine!

Box Items

You will be presented with a list of boxes and you will assign each item to an open box. Items are scanned again for double verification when added to a box.

Close Boxes

When the box is filled with items, close the box, a packing slip tag will be printed for the closed box. If unboxed items still exist, you will be prompted to add a new box. This process continues until no unboxed items are left.

Rate Shop + Invoice

Rate shop from all your prefered carriers. Once carrier and service is selected, the OE Shipment header is updated and the transport price line is added in Sage300. Upon completion, users can invoice the shipment, adding a layer of efficiency. No need to batch invoice at the end of the business day!
